Ibrahim sacrifice

Common sense and logic has divorced the sunni and shia muslims.
This story of Abraham wanting to slaughter his son which is a fallacy according to the Quran. Actually the word is sacrifice and sacrifice does not generally mean kill/slaughter does one have to slaughter the following items when the word sacrifice is used:
1. Sacrifice your money.
2. Sacrifice your sleep.
3. Sacrifice your pleasures.
4. Sacrifice your ideals. etc....

I did not know all the above and more could be slaughtered.
Moving on Abraham received commanding laws given to him by ALLAH and one of those commandments was that "DO NOT KILL YOUR CHILDREN OR ANY INNOCENT PERSON".

Now Abraham being a practicing muslim as we all accept late into his Prophethood has a dream.
He did not say ALLAH ORDERED ME TO SACRIFICE YOU but rather "MY SON I SEE IN A DREAM THAT I AM SACRIFICING YOU".  His son's response to that was "DO AS YOU ARE COMMANDED". This did not mean that his son agreed to be killed but merely that his father must use his reason and training given by ALLAH to solve his dilemma.

Now wont it be logical that if Abraham had a dream that he was killing his son that he should not do it for if he acted upon it he would have failed the test not to kill children. By doing so would have rendered him a disbeliever as these verses say:

6:140  LOST ARE THOSE WHO KILL THEIR CHILDREN FOOLISHLY, WITH NO BASIS IN KNOWLEDGE, AND FORBID WHAT GOD HAS PROVIDED FOR THEM-INNOVATIONS ABOUT GOD. THEY HAVE GONE ASTRAY. THEY ARE DISBELIEVERS.

6:151  Say, "Come, let me tell you what your Lord has forbidden you: that you associate nothing with Him; that you honor your parents; THAT YOU DO NOT KILL YOUR CHILDREN BECAUSE OF POVERTY-WE PROVIDE FOR YOU AND FOR THEM; THAT YOU DO NOT COME NEAR INDECENCIES, WHETHER OUTWARD OR INWARD; AND THAT YOU DO NOT KILL THE SOUL WHICH GOD HAS SANCTIFIED-EXCEPT IN THE COURSE OF JUSTICE. All this He has enjoined upon you, so that you may understand."

17: 31  AND DO NOT KILL YOUR CHILDREN FOR FEAR OF POVERTY. WE PROVIDE FOR THEM, AND FOR YOU. KILLING THEM IS A GRAVE SIN.

Mullahs, Moulanas and Muftis (MMM for short) have rendered Abraham and all who practice eid ul adha disbelievers for according to their belief that the animal represents your first born son. Please we need to read the Quran carefully that Abraham passed the test by turning his dream to ALLAH and not acting upon it. Hence Abraham passed the test to believe any other way would render one a disbeliever as the Quranic verses clearly state. These commands were for all the Prophets and their communities. ABRAHAM WAS NOT AN IDOL WORSHIPER AS MANY SO CALLED MUSLIMS ARE TODAY.
