Making Salawat is Shirk / idolatry!
Making Salawat is Shirk / idolatry!
Satan and his supporters lure the vast majority of Muslims to fall into his trap by their excessive love [2:165] for prophet Muhammad. Satan thus takes advantage of those well intentioned believes [9:107] into committing “Shirk / idolatry” devotion of their worships by making “Salawaat” on the prophet day and night:
[3:79] “Never would a human being whom Allah has given him the Book and authority and prophethood say to the people, "Idolize me beside Allah." Instead, (he would say), "Devote yourselves absolutely to your Lord alone," according to the Book you preach and the teachings you learn.”
One of the most popular ayahs they wrongly interpret and or translate to be used as an evidence of their idolization of the prophet is ayah 56 of Surah Al-Ahzab / 33. The vast majority of Muslims all over the world see nothing wrong with their commemoration of the prophet Muhammad, constantly, instead of commemorating Allah SWT as enjoined in ayahs [33:41-42] of the same Surah:
[33:41] “O you who believe, you shall remember Allah frequently.
[33:42] And exalt Him morning and afternoon.”
Unfortunately, these ayahs have been severely abused and taken out of context, used to justify the idolization of prophet Muhammad. They idol worshipers claim that to be a good Muslim one must love prophet Muhammad more than s/he loves himself / herself. In this scenario, the sly Satan and his surrogates sinfully apply the following ayah as evidence of their idolatry:
[2:165] “Among the people are those who take other than Allah as equals. They love them as they love Allah. Those who believe love Allah the most. If only the transgressors could see themselves when they see the punishment! They will realize then that all power belongs to Allah alone, and that Allah’s punishment is severe.”
We also learned from the Quran that the phrase: “Ya ayyuHa / يَا أَيُّهَا“ as used in [33:56] is relevant when addressing the live people, and Not dead people. Thus, whenever “Ya ayyuHa / يَا أَيُّهَا“ such as: “Ya ayyuHa nabiyyu / يٰأَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ / O prophet; or Ya ayyuHa al-ladhina amanoo / يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنُوا (O you who believe) is used, it is only during lifetime of the prophet, or the live believers. I have often cited ayah [49:2] as a perfect example, that the believers who were alive during the lifetime of the prophet were commanded not to raise their voices above the prophet Muhammad:
[49:2] “O you who believe, do not raise your voices above the voice of the prophet; nor shout at him as you shout at each other, lest your works become nullified / worthless while you do not perceive.”
This commandment became irrelevant with the passage of the prophet [39:30]. This holds that the current live believers cannot possibly raise their voices above the prophet Muhammad's voice, and so this particular law became obsolete [11:100]. Additionally, the commandment for the live believers to salute or support the prophet during his lifetime was relevant, but it equally became irrelevant to salute him now:
[33:56] “Surely, Allah and His angels shower blessings on the prophet. O you who believe, ask blessings on him and salute him with a worthy salutation.”
Thus this ayah [33:56] is among the most abused ayahs of the Quran. Satan makes best use of this particular ayah to entice majority of today’s Muslims commit shirk without them ever realizing it. Or use it to hypothetically make distinctions among messengers, by their sinful utterance of: “صلى الله عليه وسلم” (Peace of Allah be on him) against [2:136, 285; 3:84; 4:150] which is that: "You shall not make any distinction among Allah’s messengers."
The true believers react by saying: "We hear and we obey," while the idolaters would argue back to justify their insistence upon mentioning Muhammad's name next to Allah Ta’ala [39:45] to the exclusion of all other messengers; some of them even try to relive their imaginary era of the prophet or his disciples:
[2:134] That was a community which has passed on. They are responsible for what they earned, and you are responsible for what you earned. You are not answerable for anything they have done.
Again, just as the commandment of the ayah [49:2] became obsolete [2:134; 11:100] with the passage of the prophet, the ayah [33:56] too is no longer standing; except for the preceding ayah [33:43] that applies to believers of all times:
[33:43] It is He who showers blessings upon you, and His angels that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light; and He, with regards to the believers, Merciful.
It’s unfortunate that most of our modern polytheistic mufassiroon of the Quran, have willingly cave into Satanic propaganda of idolization of prophet Muhammad. Some of them always cite the generic ayah [33:21] as justification of their idolatry. The ayah doesn’t specifically mention any messenger, but the criminal mindsets of majority of them reference every messenger in the Quran as prophet Muhammad:
[33:21] “There has been for you in a messenger of Allah, good example for anyone who seek Allah and the last Day; and remembers Allah much.”
The idolaters with their criminal mindsets have taken this ayah out of context and taken advantage of already people's idolization of the prophet Muhammad to innovate a whole set of unauthorized practices / millat called: "Sunna of the Prophet." It is surprising that the Muslims woefully ignore the exact usage of the phrase: us’watun hasanah / أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ specifically on Ibrahim by name:
[60:4] “There has been for you good example أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ in Ibrahim and those with him, when they said to their people: "Surely, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah. We denounce you, and you will see nothing from us except animosity and hatred until you believe in Allah Alone; except for the saying of Ibrahim to his father: "I will surely ask forgiveness for you, but but I possess no power to protect you from Allah." "Our Lord, we trust in You, and submit to You; to You is the final destiny.
[60:6] There has certainly been for you in them a good example for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day. And whoever turns away, then indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.”
Again, in ayahs [33:21; 60:4, 6] the phrase: us’watun hasanah / أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ is exactly the same and Ibrahim is specifically mentioned by name as good example; while those with him are all other prophets, including of course prophet Muhammad [16:123] when he specifically ordered / inspired to follow the good example of Ibrahim:
[16:123] “Then We inspired you to follow millat or practice of Ibrahim, upright; and he was not of the idolaters.”
This divine plan never sit well with Satan and his supporters who answer to his call [14:22]; hence, they redesigned their own Sunna that makes it possible for them to remove the honor bestowed upon Ibrahim et al: and grant it exclusively to their made up prophet Muhammad! This is to say that the description of the prophet Muhammad of the Quran is entirely different from that found in their fabricated Hadith.
Don’t take my word for it, just take a look of some of the descriptions and identification of a Muhammad never mentioned in the Quran at all, but strongly upheld and literally worshiped by the vast majority of Muslims all over the world as equal or even greater than Allah Subhanahoo wa Ta’ala! Hence, their made up ultimate law maker [5:50] renamed immortal prophet Muhammad is described as: “Khayr al-khalq / Best of Creation.” Here is the EXCERPT:
>>>The Holy Prophet Muhammad (May the Salutations of Allah be upon him and Peace) is the best of creation. Allah said, "If not for you, if not for you (Oh Muhammad), I would not have created the creation".
(Laulaka, laulaka ma khalaqtul aflaka). 'If not for you, if not for you, (O My Muhammad), I would not have created the heavenly spheres'. This beautiful Hadith Qudsi reveals the primordial Perfection of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (May the Salutations of Allah be upon him and Peace) from whose light all of existence became manifest.
And also that the following description was from a character Ali ibn Abi Talib (ra) in which he was reported described their invented prophet Muhammad as follows:
“He was neither excessively tall. Nor extremely short. But rather was of a medium stature among (his) people. His hair was neither extremely curly. Nor straight. But rather it was wavy and flowing. He was neither corpulent. Nor was his face completely circular. But it was slightly rounded. His complexion was fair with some redness. His eyes were very black, his eyelashes were long. His joints were large and his shoulders broad. He was smooth-skinned; a thin line of hair ran from his chest to his navel. His hands and feet were full-fleshed and sturdy.
He walked with vigour, as though descending from a height. When he turned to look at someone or something, he would turn with his whole person. Between his shoulders was the Seal of Prophethood. And he is the Seal of the Prophets. His heart was soundest and most generous of hearts. His speech is the most truthful of speech. He was the gentlest of people. And the kindest of them in companionship. Whoever saw him unexpectedly would be awe-stricken. Whoever came to know him would love him. Whoever described him would say, “I saw neither before him or after him anyone like him”. [Source: Imam at-Tirmidhi’s ash-Shamail al-Muhammadiyyah]
Description of Umm Ma’bad (ra)
The description of Umm Ma’bad is by far the most comprehensive and detailed narration we have of the Prophet (pbuh). This woman, who would take care of travellers who passed by her tent, only saw the Prophet (pbuh) once. During the Hijra of the Prophet (pbuh), he stopped by her tent with his companions for some rest and food.
“It was narrated that the Messenger (pbuh), his servant, a guide and Abu Bakr (ra) left Makkah, passing a tent of an elderly lady called Umm Ma’bad. She would sit close to the tent and would give food and drink to travellers. So they asked her if they could buy some meat or dates from her but she could not find anything. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) looked towards a sheep next to the tent. They had run out of provisions and were hungry. The Prophet (pbuh) asked Umm Ma’bad, “What is wrong with this sheep, dear Umm Ma’bad?”
She replied, “The sheep is fatigued and is weaker than the other sheep.” The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “Does it milk?” She replied, “I swear by your mother and father, if I saw milk from it then I would milk it.” The Prophet (pbuh) called the sheep and moved his hand over its udder; he pronounced the name of Allah and praised him. Then he called Umm Ma’bad when the sheep steadied its feet and its udder filled. He asked for a large container and milked it until it was filled. The lady drank until full; his companions drank until full, then the others drank. Then it was milked for a second time until the container was full, and they left her and continued on their journey.
After a short while, the husband of the lady (Abu Ma’bad) returned from herding goats that were swaying from weakness. He saw the milk and said to his wife, “Where did you get this milk from, dear Umm Ma’bad. The sheep is single and there is no milk in the house!” She replied, “I swear by God, a blessed man came to us today.” Abu Ma’bad said, “Describe him to me.” She then began her description; imagine your Prophet (pbuh) with this description below:
“I saw a man who is distinctly handsome and of a beautiful countenance. He is well-built, neither blemished by a big belly nor disfigured by an unusually small head. The pupils of his eyes are very dark, his eyelashes are very long and the area around the pupils is extremely white. His eyebrows are perfectly close. He has very dark hair, a rather long neck and a thick beard.
When he remains silent he is ever contemplative and when he speaks, eminence and splendour exhibit in his words. His words are like sliding stringed pearls. He is a gifted orator whose words are neither too few nor too many. He has the clearest speech and the most audible voice as he speaks. When you look at him from afar, he is the most handsome of all people, and when you move closer to him, he is the most pleasant of them. You will never be tired of looking at him.
He is like a branch between two branches. He is the most handsome of the three and the most important of them. He has companions who honour him; when he speaks they listen to his words and when he commands they hasten to carry out his order. They serve and gather around him. He neither frowns or nags.” Abu Ma’bad responded, “I swear by Allah, he is the one Quraysh mentioned to us about his affair in Makkah. I am determined to accompany him; if I could go that way.<<<
[10:18] They worship other than Allah what neither harms them nor benefits them, and they say: “These are our intercessors with Allah” Say: "Are you informing Allah of something He does not know in the heavens or the earth?" Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him.
[10:20] “They say: "How come no miracle came down to him from his Lord?" Say: "The future belongs to Allah; so wait, and I am waiting along with you.
[17:59] What stopped us from sending the miracles is that the previous generations have rejected them. We gave Thamud the she-camel as a profound (miracle), but they transgressed against it. We sent the miracles only to instill reverence.
[20:133] And they say: "Why does he not bring us a miracle from his Lord?" Has there not come to them enough evidence from what is in the previous pages (of the Quran)?”
Therefore, as sincere students of the Book of Allah Ta’ala, we have learned, repeatedly that the Quran itself was the only miracle revealed to the true prophet Muhammad of the Quran. And ayah [33:40] that described him as the “Seal / خاتَمَ” of the prophets in support of it sister ayahs of [3:81; 6:83-86, 89; 10:37; 33:7]; but that has nothing to do with their invented Muhammad with “Tattoo” on his shoulders:
[33:40] Muhammad is not the father of (any) one of your men; but messenger of Allah, and “Seal / خاتَمَ” of the prophets. Allah has full knowledge of all things.
[7:43] “ … Praise is for Allah who has guided us for this. We could not have been guided, if it were not that Allah has guided us …”
