I'm not agree on the understanding that hajj shall performed at any days along MONTH OF HARAAM.
2:197 - TAMATTUK .. provide meaning that, we cannot perform hajj for that month after we fail to reach masjidil haraam on the on the starting day of hajj for that month. Then we need to wait until the next month hajj starting day... then for those who were not residence of masjidil haraam or musafir .. Allah permit to perform umrah before hajj..
When STARTING DAY FOR HAJJ????..
Please refer to 2:187... then u can understood from that verse THE STARTING DAY OF HAJJ is...
After sunset for 1st. RAMADHAN ( month of haraam 1) After sunset for 1st. SHAWAL ( month of haraam 2) After sunset for 1st. DZULKAEDAH ( month of haraam 3) After sunset fot 1st. DZULHIJJAH ( month of haraam 4)
